We drove home last evening and then to Toronto this morning where I had a temporary filling put in my chipped tooth while Dave went to The Royal Ontario Museum (R.O.M.) (http://www.rom.on.ca/).
Then it was off to my favourite health food store, The Big Carrot (http://www.thebigcarrot.ca/) located at 348 Danforth Ave. It's a must if you're ever visiting T.O. It is an organic whole food store with an organic juice bar, a cafe, and a dispensary. It was great to see that they have an entire shelf of books on raw/living foods and a multitude of Echkart Tolle cd's. I bought kale, collard greens, mustard greens, zucchini, pears, apples, pomegranate, hemp nuts and sunflower seeds.
Then, we went to Rawlicious (http://www.rawlicious.ca/), our favourite raw food restaurant in Toronto located at 3092 Dundas Street West to see our friends. We had an absolutely divine tomato pizza with fresh rosemary and garlic. So good... their food just keeps getting better and better!
